Exhibitor Registration Form
Deadline for exhibit registration is July 15,  2001.
Please use the Exhibitor Registration Form to register for an exhibit table.

A standard exhibit space will include a 6x3 ft table and 2 chairs.

The exhibit area will be open for set up Wednesday, August 8, 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. Exhibits may be taken down after 4 p.m., Wednesday, August 8.

Space is limited; we encourage you to register early.  

Two staff may accompany the display at no charge and may purchase lunches.  Additional staff or those planning to attend conference sessions and events must register for the conference, which includes lunch on both days of the conference.
